Privacy

LetterWood respects the privacy of all of our customers, vendors & relationships. Information about our customers will not be shared with any 3rd party. We don’t sell or rent customer names or user information for any purpose other than to communicate updates/information pertaining to the user order, or respond to user inquiries, questions, and/or other requests. The user may opt-in to our mailing list and will receive periodic emails that may include company news, updates, and product or service information. The user may choose to unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time. Unsubscribe instructions are included at the bottom of each email. 

Protection of Your Information

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our site.

Sensitive and private data exchange between the site and its users happens over a SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures.

Payment

We accept payment by credit card online. Full payment is due before orders will ship from our online store. We charge sales tax in the state of Tennessee.

Shipping

Orders from our online store are usually shipped USPS within 1-3 business days after order is placed. We will contact you as soon as possible on the rare occasion that an item is backordered or sold out to communicate a future ship date or provide a refund.

Returns & Refunds

Exchanges and/or refunds may be granted within one week of receipt of merchandise. Please email orders@letterwoodpaperco.com and, if applicable, include photographs of the damaged goods. In most cases, we'll just send you a replacement for a damaged product, but we may ask you to return the item at your shipping cost.
If you are truly unhappy with your purchase and would simply like to return it, we will refund you the cost of the item only, not to include shipping, and the cost to return the item is your responsibility. First class mail is inexpensive and completely acceptable. Only undamaged, unused, unopened, and complete items in their original packaging are eligible for a refund.  Refunds will be processed via the original form of payment once we have approved, received, and inspected the return(s).

We are unable to provide a refund for custom order purchases. However, we will reprint if LetterWood is responsible for the error.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise noted, all materials that appear as part of this site are intellectual property owned or controlled by LetterWood. You may not reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of, in whole or in part, any of the contents, the site, or any of our stationery designs.

Changes to Policy

LetterWood has the discretion to update this policy at any time. We encourage users to frequently check this page for any changes. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.

Acceptance of Terms

By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Site. Your continued use of the Site will be deemed as your acceptance of our policies.
